Urine adrenal and sex hormone testing. Gain deep understanding of your hormonal health and symptoms.

GI Map Stool Testing + Consult

Comprehensive test for gut microbiome. Identify any gut imbalances that may be contributing to hormonal symptoms and inflammation.

How It Works

Step 1

Complete Testing and Assessment Forms

Once you book your package, we will order your testing and reach out by email within 48 hours with next steps. You will receive instructions on how to complete your testing. You will have 60 days to complete testing from the date of purchase. You will be sent intake forms to complete through our online patient portal, Jane. 

Step 2

Schedule Review Session

Once the testing is received by the lab, we will reach out to schedule your 1 hour video review session. We do scheduling through our secure patient portal. During this session, we will explain testing results and then send your treatment plan suggestions.  

Step 3

Begin Treatment Protocol

Once you receive your treatment plan based on your results, you can order targeted supplements with discount through Fullscript and implement suggested changes. 

Optional Additional Support:

Once you have begun your treatment protocol, you can reach out for additional support on an as needed basis. The goal of these appointments are to check-in and make changes to the protocol if necessary, and to guide you in any other questions that may arise. It is suggested to book a follow up appointment after 3 months of supplement integration if no support is needed prior to that.

  • Pricing includes the lab test, 1 hour review appointment and custom protocol based on the findings.

  • The functional lab testing is a great kickstart to learning your hormone levels or gut microbiome. It includes a treatment plan based on results, but does not include ongoing support.

    The 1:1 Coaching can include lab testing in addition to ongoing support surrounding the areas of nutrition, lifestyle and symptom relief. This option is best for someone who would like deeper support or who may have more complex challenges.

  • Once we receive your results, we will reach out to book your review appointment. This will usually be about 10 days after we receive the results in order to give enough time to go over results and set up a protocol.

  • Yes, you can use these cards for lab testing just like a credit card.
